This application is to request a Prepaid Escrow Account with the Broward County Records Taxes & Treasury Division. Payments from the Prepaid Escrow Account can be made for all Recording related fees including:

1. Recording Fees. 2. Taxes (Documentary Stamps and Intangible). 3. Copies and Certifications of Official Records. 4. Any other services provided by Recording and Search Sections.
