Residential rental properties in Arizona contribute to over 50% of all home occupations in Maricopa County (Comprehensive Housing Market Analysis, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, 4/1/2017). Many of the property owners live out of State and utilize the services of a Property Management Company (PMC) to assist with the process of renting and maintaining the property they own. A PMC is considered a business operating within the boundaries of Town and requires a Business License. 

As a PMC, we will issue a Business License for your services and require the completion of this statement to process your application. Please provide at least one (1) emergency contact information for the property you manage within Youngtown. It is preferable that this contact be within 30 minutes travel time. Emergency contact will be made in the order listed on this sheet.  

I have provided information to the best of my ability. I understand that the information provided will be used in the event there is an emergency at a property I am providing services for. I will notify the Town of Youngtown within 10 days of a change to any of the information provided.
