1. Subdivisions and commercial projects will notify the City Inspector 24 hours prior to assessing the survival rate of salvaged plants. 2. No native plants shall be removed from the site prior to notifying the City Inspector. 3. This information will serve as the City’s requirement for total number of plants surviving salvage and will be required for all projects prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy.

Complete and submit to the City of Scottsdale Inspector 90 days after the completion of salvage operations for commercial or subdivision projects, and at the time of the #31 Final Site Inspection for single-family residential homes.
