Regulatory Bill-of-Rights of the Arizona Revised Statues (A.R.S. §9-831 – 9-840), allows the city and applicant to mutually agree in writing to allow the city to extend the Substantive Review Timeframe and Overall Timeframe by fifty (50) percent. This document is a voluntary agreemet to allow a one-time extension to increase the Substantive Review Timeframe and Overall Timeframe by fifty (50) percent. This agreement does not alleviate an owner or agent/applicant from any city fee requirements.

• Requests pertaining to a Development Application review (case review) shall be returned to the City Project Coordinator by the date indicated below through e-mail: PlanningInfo@scottsdaleaz.gov • Requests pertaining to a construction document review (plan review) shall be returned to Building Official by the date indicated below through e-mail: OneStopShopStaff@scottsdaleaz.gov

By providing my signature below, I agree to a one-time extension to increase the Substantive Review Timeframe and Overall Timeframe by fifty (50) percent. In addition, I understand that upon completion of the City Review(s) my Development Application or Application for Permit may receive a written denial, or recommendation of denial based on the City’s Scottsdale Revised Code, General Plan, guidelines, master plans, ordinances, interpretations, policies, and/or resolutions.
