An appeal of a Site Plan decision is limited to instances where the aggrieved party alleges there was an error in a decision or determination in the enforcement of the Zoning Ordinance or applicable regulatory requirements. Decisions by the City may be appealed by the Applicant of the site plan, or any City of Peoria property owner or property owners within the specified notification area identified within the Zoning Ordinance.
