Town Ordinance, Section 10-4-4, titled Residential Solicitation for Sales and Contributions, requires any person who goes “…to the dwelling of another person with the intent to attempt to sell some product, thing or service to a person or persons at such dwelling, unless the person qualifies for one of the exemptions set forth in paragraph D” of the ordinance within the Town of Paradise Valley, must first obtain a Solicitation Permit from the Chief of Police. Permit is valid for 14 calendar days and can be renewed every 14 days. If you wish to be issued a Commercial Solicitation Permit per Town Ordinance 10-4-4, you must complete the following application. (Please print in ink.)
