Trash Trailer Request Form

ABSOLUTELY NO TIRES, PAINT, HOUSEHOLD CHEMICALS, CONCRETE OR APPLIANCES

All requests for the trash trailer must be made no less than two (2) days in advance. The trailer is only available Monday-Friday. The trash trailer must remain within the Town of Guadalupe and is only for Guadalupe residents. You will need to verify your address by providing the Town with either a picture id or a utility bill with a Guadalupe address. Only town staff may deliver, set up, take down, and monitor trash trailer & equipment. 

The trailer will be available for two (2) hours only. The trailer will be delivered at 8:00am and will be picked up at approximately 10:00AM.
The trash trailer is approximately 10’ by 4’. You must have your trash ready (in a pile) prior to delivery of the trailer. Please keep in mind the size of the trailer prior to requesting its use. 
REFUND: There will be no refund if the trailer is delivered and refused upon delivery. If Town staff is notified two (2) days prior to delivery a refund check will be issued to the individual below in a timely period.

Fees must be paid prior to delivery.

through signing of this hold harmless and defend the Town of Guadalupe and its agents and employees from all suits and actions, including reasonable attorney’s fees and all costs of litigation and judgment of every name and description against the Town as a result of loss, damage or injury to person or property by reason by any action or omission by the Town of Guadalupe, its agents or employees.
